Battery Cell Formation Grading Equipments
Lithium battery formation and grading equipment is core post-production equipment for lithium batteries. It is used to activate cells and form stable SEI films during the formation process. The grading process conducts charge-discharge cycle tests to detect actual capacity, internal resistance and self-discharge performance, and classify cells by specifications to ensure consistency.
The equipment is divided into models for cylindrical cells, pouch cells and prismatic cells. It is equipped with high-precision bidirectional power modules, independent control channels, temperature and negative pressure regulation systems, and supports energy feedback. All operating data can be monitored, recorded and traced via upper computer software, and connected to factory MES systems.
