The Cylindrical Battery Testing and Sorting Machine is a cutting-edge highly efficient piece of machinery specifically designed for 32700 cylindrical cells. The device utilizes an advanced Battery Testing System which will be able to accurately measure cell parameters including AC internal resistance and open-circuit voltage. Test data accuracy is guaranteed through the capabilities of high-resolution OCV Tester. The equipment is extremely automated utilizing hopper feeding with low-material indicators that signal when the machine is low on testing material, allowing for continual production. The upper-level machine software commands the sorting through an automated process that will accurately grade and group the cells into 10 grades efficiently based on the performance of the cells. Approximately 6000 cells per hour are tested and then grouped while maintaining production efficiency. The machine (accompanied with its system) also stores and manages tests through its database so data being analyzed can display long-term data trends, traceability, and provide robustness for the improvement of quality control standards and research and optimization of the development process.
