Ⅰ.Preface

1.1 Document purpose this specification is intended to specify the technical parameters, performance indicators, equipment configuration, installation and commissioning, training and after-sales service requirements of the cylindrical battery PACK production line (non-standard customization) as the basis for equipment procurement, manufacturing, acceptance and delivery by both Buyer and Seller to ensure that the production line meets the production and operation requirements of Buyer

1.3 Scope of application this specification is applicable to the cylindrical battery PACK production line purchased by Buyer and designed and manufactured by Guangzhou Blue key Electronic Equipment Company., covering all relevant links such as the overall structure, functional modules, workflow, technical requirements, installation and commissioning, training, and after-sales service of the production line.

Ⅱ. Equipment Introduction

2.1 Working characteristics of the equipment

1. Applicable cells: Generally applicable to 18650, 21700, 26650, 32700 cylindrical steel shell cells; CCD and double-sided 8-axis automatic spot welder are partially compatible with 33140, 40135 resistance solder cells.

2. Loading method: The whole box loading design significantly reduces manual labor intensity, improves loading efficiency, and saves time and effort.

3. Structural design: The production line body adopts an integrated design. The cell feeding mechanism is arranged in the forward direction, which is convenient to operate and has a neat and beautiful appearance, conforming to the production layout and visual requirements of the workshop.

4. Material flow: The sorting cell discharge port is directly located within the working range of the cell loading and unloading operator, reducing the material transfer distance and saving labor and time costs.

5. Operation design: The manual tooling cell workbench is integrated with the line to optimize the operation route and enhance the convenience and comfort of the operation.

6. Degree of automation: The CCD detection module is equipped with front and rear automatic sensing feeding and discharging functions. The normal production process is fully automated without manual intervention, and manual intervention is required only when product anomalies are detected.

7. Spot welding machine: The eight-axis double-sided automatic spot welding machine can perform spot welding operations for slotted battery cells in different directions, adapting to diverse production requirements.

8. Line integration: The spot welding machine is integrated at the head of the production line belt line, and the production line connection forms a complete operation process, enhancing production continuity and overall efficiency.
